A:  As per customer request we always try to fulfil their required vehicle.  Especially public preferable vehicles like Maxi Cab, Sedan, SUV, and Wagon are available for 24*7 hours services.

Q. How Many Passengers Can Fit Into A Maxi Cab?

A: We offer up to 11 seater maxi cabs, but this varies by vehicle size. The 6-seater Toyota Vellfire / Alphard can seat 6 adult passengers, just like all the rest. One seat will be comfortable for an adult passenger.

Q. How Many Luggage Can Fit Into A Maxi Taxi?

A: It depends on the number of booking seats for the passenger. 7 to 10 travel luggage fit for 6 passengers.

Q. Is There Any Booking Fees For Advance Booking?

A:  Yes we charge $2 booking fee which will be applied on the meter.

Q. Once My Booking Has Been Confirmed? Am I Guaranteed A Vehicle?

A: Yes. After booking you will get a confirmation message on your mentioned mail id and mobile number. Once you receive a confirmation message from us, your vehicle is booked for your preferred time and date. Please call us if you have not received a confirmation message.

Q. What’s The Mode Of Payments?

A: You can make payment to the driver by cash, cab charges, EFTPOS, and MPTP (all major cards are accepted)

Q. How Fast Can We Get A Taxi If We Book Now?

A: We always try to provide better taxi service within 5-10 minutes if the taxi is available near your booking place. It may take 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic, time and day of the week. So we recommend you book your taxi cab before 1 hour so that our cab drivers arrive at your pick up location before 10 minutes.

A: Yes. We are happy to deliver your valuable package safely to your address.

Q. Can Your Taxis Accommodate Wheelchairs?

A: Yes. Maxi cabs can carry up to 2 wheelchairs simultaneously. Just make conform at the time of booking.

A: Yes, you can. We provide taxi services at Avalon Airport, Melbourne Airport, and many locations.

Q. How Do We Book For Airport Arrival?

A: Kindly provide us with your date and time of arrival and flight number.

Q. What If The Flight Is Delayed?

A: No worries. Given that you have provided us with the flight number, we will be able to check it.

Q. What Happen If I Change In Travel Plan During Trip?
